Looking to improve your sparring? Welcome to Fight Club Who can attend? Anyone who has a full set of sparring pads and a currently valid TAGB licence can attend. What do I need? Loosely fitting clothes, full sparring gear, lots of water and the expectation to work hard. What are the benefits? The session is aimed at any grades / ability looking to improve their overall sparring skills. Your physical fitness will improve, your technical ability will get sharper, you will learn new things, you'll be given the opportunity to take your performance to a new level.
