Welcome to our website dedicated to Shirley Tae Kwon-Do Club. For any new student thinking of taking up a Martial Art there is always the feeling of apprehension in not knowing what to expect. Let me re assure you that at our club you are always greeted with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where we believe that training should always be enjoyable and fun. There are many different aspects to our sessions from fitness, self defence, padwork, patterns and sparring. Whatever you personal aims and goals are, we are always here to help you achieve them. Taking those first few steps are always the hardest, but once you do you im sure you will enjoy training with us. Whatever the age or ability everyone is welcome.
